ATTENTION:
This year the association is excited to offer seven levels of membership.
Why join the Locker Room Managers Association?
Because we believe that without a vibrant, hospitality driven customer service savvy locker room staff,
your club WILL NOT SURVIVE. Byron Nelson called the locker rooms "The soul of the country club"
for good reason. We believe that in order for your club to survive and THRIVE, locker room staffs will
need to add to their skill set and offer innovative amenities or become even better at what they do. The
Membership Levels below will do both for your facility.
LRMA Membership Levels
The association offers seven levels of membership:
Regular,
Premium,
Gold,
Platinum,
Titanium,
Diamond and
Foundation.
Each level has more to offer than the one before it, including ON SITE TRAINING. The benefits of each level are explained below.

And how to react in a positive manner when a member, for example, hands a golf shoe to a staffer that is missing a spike. This module builds stronger relationships with members and guests through the use of humor.
- Anti-theft Training Module, "How to Prevent Theft of Amenities from Locker Rooms"-Theft of product from locker rooms at golf and country clubs is costing the industry millions. This module will give you practical ways to prevent it at your club. It came about as a result of member responses from a Question of the Month on theft in a series of weekly Thoughts. What became clear is that nearly every club has product stolen, many of them on a weekly or monthly basis. Practical tips allow staffers to keep product where it belongs--in your locker rooms for the use of members and guests. Techniques and tips are also provided to prevent and protect member and guests belongings from being stolen out of their lockers.
